For Customers with builds that require Construction assistance, NHC will provide you with an experienced Construction Coordinator who will oversee every aspect of your build from trade estimate and contract reviews to selection and reporting.

in conjunction with the following:

1. A preliminary Home and project budget with recommendations for subcontractors. 
2. A Site plan showing the location of your home with septic, well and all utilities identified. 
3. If necessary, an ‘End-Loan’ commitment and funding during construction. 
4. A Construction Coordinator to manage your budget and build project starting with one On-Site visit.

For Customers with busy work schedules. and with builds that require an On-Site Construction Coordinator, NHC will provide you with an experienced Construction Coordinator who will oversee every aspect of your build from trade estimate and contract reviews, trade selection and reporting, and On-Site supervision at critical times, and On-Site meet-ups with building inspectors for all inspections including the Final.

in conjunction with the following:
